Reading the general rules

This page covers every promotional credit at Lloydminster Casino, including welcome packages, free spins, Golden Chips, Promotions and credits exchanged through Lloydminster Rewards. It works alongside our General Terms, and on any bonus question the rules here take priority.

Every offer under Promotions carries its own details as well, including eligible games, deadlines and stake limits. If the two ever differ, the details of that offer prevail over this page for that offer.

Bonus money, together with any winnings from it, stays non-withdrawable until you have completed the wagering requirement attached to that bonus.

Beyond the welcome offer, our Promotions include:

the daily Game Show Free Wheel;

The daily prize game can also be played for free, no deposit required. Lloydminster Rewards has six tiers, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Black. Points are earned on real money stakes and can be exchanged for bonus credits, which follow the rules on this page.

Choosing your welcome package

The welcome offer running now is Up to C$1,500 + 500 Spins or C$500 Live. Choose one of the two packages:

Casino package: up to C$1,500 plus 500 spins, with 15x wagering to complete within 30 days.
Live Casino package: up to C$500 plus 10 × C$5 Golden Chips, with 40x wagering to complete within 7 days.

Once you claim one package, the other is no longer available to you. Free spin offers outside the welcome package carry wagering from 2x to 4x.

Ontario players can view incentive details only once registered or signed in, since incentives may not be advertised publicly in that province. After sign-in, the same two packages described above are offered.

Opting in

No bonus is credited automatically, so you need to opt in. Both the cashier and the Promotions page list the available packages and Promotions: select one and confirm it when you make a qualifying deposit of C$10 or more.

All offers are optional, so you can decline them and play with your cash balance only. A welcome package you decline cannot be claimed later.

Preventing bonus abuse

Bonuses exist for genuine play. Any of the following counts as abuse:

registering multiple accounts, or using the accounts of family members or friends, so that one offer is claimed repeatedly;
betting on opposing outcomes or using low-risk patterns to clear wagering without real risk;
exceeding the stake limit or playing excluded games to speed up wagering;
using automated software or coordinating play with other members.

Where we find abuse, we cancel the bonus, remove any winnings made with it and may restrict your access to future offers. In serious cases, the account is closed under our General Terms. Your own deposits, less any withdrawals, are returned to you unless they are linked to fraud.

Qualifying to take part

To take up any offer, a player must have turned 19, be located in Canada at the moment of claiming, and already be confirmed by us as to identity and whereabouts. Claims are blocked for any account that is self-excluded, and also for an account taking cooling-off time arranged through Staying in Control.

The welcome offer may be claimed only once for each person, device, payment method and household.

Holding one bonus at a time

Your account carries a single active bonus at any moment. Further offers you claim are held until the current bonus is completed, forfeited or expires.

You can forfeit a running bonus by emailing [email protected]. This removes the bonus and the winnings won with it, while your cash balance stays untouched.

Converting bonus winnings

Once you finish wagering, any bonus balance left is transferred to your cash balance and may be withdrawn within our standard limits, from C$10 up to C$10 000 per month.

Some offers set a ceiling on bonus winnings that may be turned into cash; that ceiling is stated in the offer details under Promotions, and anything beyond it is removed when the conversion happens.

Meeting the deadline

The Casino package gives you 30 days after the bonus is credited to complete wagering, and the Live Casino package gives you 7 days. Should wagering remain unfinished when time runs out, the leftover bonus balance expires, together with any winnings it produced.

Unused spins and Golden Chips expire on the same deadline as their package, unless the offer details set a different one.

Keeping stakes within the limit

Every spin, round or hand played with an active bonus has a maximum stake. Each offer's limit is listed in its details under Promotions.

Any bet over the limit puts the bonus at risk of cancellation, along with all winnings generated from it. Side bets on Live Casino tables count toward the limit in the same way as main bets.

Completing wagering

Wagering means the full sum you need to stake before a bonus turns into cash. At 15x, you stake 15 times the amount named in the offer; at 40x, 40 times. Free spin offers carry a multiple of 2x to 4x.

Game types count as follows:

Casino package: wagering counts on the casino games named in its offer details in the Lobby.
Live Casino package: wagering counts on the Live Casino tables named in its offer details, and Golden Chips are played at those tables.
Excluded or partly counting games: the offer details flag these, letting you check them before playing.

You can follow your wagering progress in your account, where it refreshes after every settled stake.

Changing these terms

These Bonus Terms are revised whenever our offers or the applicable law change. Unless the law says otherwise, every bonus remains subject to the terms that were in force when it was credited, regardless of later revisions. Questions on a specific offer can go to [email protected].
